10 Reasons why Creativity takes Courage #4

# 4 Because you never know what you will come up with. Uncertainty is scary.

I believe that one of the major reasons why the unknown is usually scary for most people is because they've been so used to certainty that they cannot imagine themselves risking it for any pain of discomfort. The fact that the security of the normal life is so comfortable has made it more pleasurable sticking to it has if that’s the best decision someone can make in life.

But we all know that the unknown is where creativity resides. It is in this field of uncertainty that all the varieties of life emanate from. Innovations in different fields has not ceased to come from this world of not knowing or not sure of exactly how it would look like but with the first step of opening the door uncertainty meanwhile taking along with you a firm determination to succeed has always been one the main characteristics of all innovators.

Life is beautiful when you are creative

They have this mentality of daring the dreadful rather than maintaining the status quo of not making that bold change into what appears scary to most people. We must acknowledge the fact that those who always conform to the known achieve little, while those who dared achieve more with their creativity in the field of unknown. Without this kind of adventures the world would have remain so boring and so old fashioned.  Or don’t you sometimes feel that there is more to life; more fun, more becoming of whom we really won’t to be in this world.

Creativity will always find a way out.

It is this inner craving in us that for new things that can break down the frightening and exaggerated reality of the unknown.  We then focus on our ideas, doing everyday those unique activities of making life a fun place to be. Sometimes you cannot really tell which part of the journey would be tough or rough but to be focused on your goals has always been the mantra that will keep you going.

Making the decision to determine which step to take into the undetermined life requires enough courage. You may ask yourself how would you feel like if you are doing what gives you joy, makes you happy, and exuberant? What makes you feel like your life is becomes more buoyant every day. 

Freedom is the foundation for creativity

When you have a carefree attitude it brings in more creativity. And you don’t feel constrained by uniformity; because you have freedom to make out new things out of the sameness around. However, most times we are caught in the trap of this convention, and become afraid of being seen as a rebellion.

When you overcome fear you gain wisdom

But I think the first step of overcoming the fear of the unknown is to first make the decision to go in to the unknown and face whatever comes around, while learning every lessons there in, either from those that have gone in earlier or learning from every moment that comes your way.

Being yourself is the only way to bring out the creativity in you.

No matter how scary it may appear from the outside, it cannot harm you if do not give it the right to do so. In this field of uncertainty you have the freedom to think in your own way, and do things in your own way.  Your own ideals might be the new creativity that has been waited for all this while. So do not hesitate to state your originality as you are in, because that is what will make you relevant here. You will find joy in doing things your own way, and people will like you for you being yourself.
